Borrower Qualifications

Owner Occupants

We require “full documents” on owner occupant’s loans. We will ask for:

  • Two years of Federal Tax Forms
  • W-2
  • Two months of pay stubs
  • Two months of Bank Statements.


No problem if you have BAD CREDIT SCORES, FORECLOSURE, BANKRUPCY, or SHORT SALE. If you can provide evidence that YOU CAN AFFORD A LOAN, and if your debt to Income ratio is under 50%, you have a good chance of acquiring a loan from us.
